Hormuud University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced candidate to serve as 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧, 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬, and join its academic leadership team.
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
1. Hold a PhD degree from a recognized university.
2. A minimum of five (5) years of teaching and research experience in higher education institutions.
3. Have at least two (2) years of international academic, research, or professional experience.
4. A minimum of three (3) years of academic leadership experience (e.g., Head of Department, Director, Dean, or equivalent position).
5. A distinguished record of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals and/or academic books.
6. Demonstrated experience in postgraduate administration, management and supervision.
