Academic and Administrative Management Training
Hormuud University conducted 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 for the staff of the Human Development Fund Kenya (𝐇𝐃𝐅).
This is an important NGO that focuses on education and operates in 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐚 by providing emergency aid including education, food, shelter, medical and long-term, sustainable development projects aimed at uplifting vulnerable communities, particularly through education and skill-building programs. Founded by Muslim Americans, it focuses on breaking cycles of poverty, supporting refugees, and improving health through initiatives like cataract surgeries.
 
 
The key focus areas of the Human Development Fund are Education, health, and economic self-sustainability for children, women, and men in need. It provides school materials and tuition for underprivileged children, as well as provides vocational training to help artisans and individuals achieve financial independence.
𝐇𝐃𝐅 has agreed to collaborate with 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐮𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 in educating the underprivileged and vulnerable students under thier supervision. We welcome these initiatives and implement them accordingly.
