The Vice-Chancellor of Hormuud University made courtesy visit on the Minister of Higher Education of Djibouti Dr Nabil; the Vice-Chancellor briefed the Minister on the academic development made by Hormuud University and its willingness to learn from Djibouti’s experience in postgraduate education.
