The lecture was delivered by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐥𝐢 𝐘𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐡, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Somalia.
