As part of efforts to strengthen our students’ leadership capacity, HUSAC organized a training titled “𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐮𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭”, designed for members of the Hormuud University Student Representative Council (𝐇𝐔𝐒𝐑𝐂).
The training was delivered by 𝐄𝐧𝐠. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡𝐢, Director of HUSAC, and focused on strengthening student leadership competencies, including management skills, decision-making, and conflict resolution, enabling student representatives to effectively carry out their leadership roles and contribute meaningfully to the development of the university’s student community.
