The Hormuud University Research Centre(HURC) successfully conducted a 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝗪𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 for Hormuud University staff. The workshop was facilitated by 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐭. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡𝐢 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫, 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 at Hormuud University and an expert in techno-economic optimization of hybrid renewable energy systems and sustainable electrification in developing regions.
The session covered key areas including methods for collecting and organizing references, effective reference management techniques, and the proper integration of citations in MS Word to enhance accuracy in academic writing.
