𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐮𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 has initiated research and postgraduate collaboration with the 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐡 and the 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, creating direct academic link between Hormuud University and 65 universities, higher education institutions and research entities under the Mahamadiyah network.
Under the initiative, the 65 Mahamadiyah universities and other academic institutions will be connected directly with Hormuud University to facilitate joint research, postgraduate education, academic mobility, scholarships, knowledge exchange and institutional development.
For 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐮𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, this agreement is a major step toward internationalizing its research and postgraduate education as well as strengthening long-term academic cooperation between Somalia and Indonesia.
