In response to increasing national and regional demands, particularly in the exploration, development, production, and sustainable management of energy resources, Hormuud University officially announces the establishment of the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠.

The department will offer an undergraduate academic program leading to the 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, designed to prepare competent graduates capable of contributing effectively to the energy and engineering sectors.
